How Adiz Codez handles the small amount of personal data this website collects — mostly the contact form.

What this site collects
The website is mostly static. The personal data it collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form, plus — only if you accept analytics — limited usage statistics from Google Analytics.
- Contact form: your name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, company, project type, budget range and message.
- Server logs: the API keeps short-lived request logs for security and debugging, which may include your IP address.
- Analytics: if you accept, the page you viewed and, for some interactions, a content identifier and its public title. Your name, email, phone number, company and message text are never sent to analytics — the code that sends events filters those fields out.
Why we keep it
Contact details are used for exactly one thing: replying to your enquiry and, if we start working together, running that project.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
- Enquiry records are deleted when they are no longer needed, on request.
Your requests
Write to us if you want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
Third parties
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, when configured, links out to official social profiles. The contact form posts to our own API. We do not embed advertising or remarketing trackers, and we run no advertising pixels.
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics storage only, and only if you accept it) — used to count visits and see which pages are useful. It receives page URLs and the limited interaction data described in the Cookie Policy, never the contents of your message or your contact details.
- Google is an independent controller for that data. Their handling of it is governed by their own privacy terms, not ours.
