About the studio

We are builders who also teach.

Adiz Codez is a remote-first technology studio. We build digital products for clients and we teach the craft of building them — courses, workshops, seminars and project mentoring.

The story

Why we build

Adiz Codez started as a small group of builders who kept noticing the same pattern: people with clear ideas and no practical way to get them built, and students who could pass exams about technology but had never shipped anything. So we built the studio we wanted to work with. One team that takes a product from an idea to something running in production — and, alongside that, teaches the same skills in workshops, courses and project mentoring. We work remotely by design. That means we can collaborate with a client in another city as easily as one nearby, and it means everything we do has to be written down, tracked and reproducible.

Our mission

Make good software accessible to the people who need it, and make the skills to build it teachable to the people who want them.

Our approach

How we work

Understand before building

We spend time on the problem before writing code. A wrong assumption costs far more later than a conversation costs now.

Ship in visible steps

You see working software early and often, so feedback arrives while it can still change the outcome.

Write it down

Documentation, setup notes and decisions live with the project. Handover should never feel like a rescue mission.

Build for the people using it

Accessibility, sensible performance and clear interfaces are part of the definition of done.

Education

We teach as well as we build

✓We have taught 8 courses and workshops so far, and we keep every programme lean: one clear outcome, content that matches the room, and a real artefact at the end.

Values

What we stand for

Clarity over jargon

Plain language, honest estimates, no acronym theatre.

Craft

Typed code, tested logic and interfaces that hold up under real use.

Teaching as we build

We explain our decisions, and we help people learn to make them too.

Respect for the work

Realistic scope, realistic timelines, and no promises we cannot evidence.

Curiosity

New tools get evaluated properly instead of adopted by default.

Follow-through

Launch is a milestone, not the end of the relationship.

Building and teaching reinforce each other. Production software keeps our teaching current; teaching forces us to explain things clearly, which makes our engineering better too.
